INTERESTED IN ORGANISING A…
PARTY, SOCIAL GATHERING, FAREWELL, DINNER Or whatever – we’ll discuss just about anything (within reason!) WE HAVE THE BARS FOR YOU! Licensed – 18 plus only – to 3.00am. This does not include BYO beverage of any sort; all facilities are operated by with total control of the venue remaining with the duty manager of the night. All areas inside are “Smoke Free”.
The Identification required for entry to Bars is: NZ Photo Drivers License, Passport or HANZ 18+ Card – only – No other forms will be accepted.
Capacity is: (595) Shadows which can be split for a smaller event by the use of the Shadows Extension (195, with seperate entrance, bar service, balcony & toilets) excluding Friday (during term) or (80) TOASTER includes Friday.
MUSIC – House DJ's $350 @ 5 hours minimum, available if required, more than welcome to use your own DJ in all areas who must have his own gear (NO smoke machines in any of our bars). Also available is a free-play juke box ($150 @ 5 hours) or just connect your i-pod!

Room Charges:
There are none, zip, zero, nada!!! (Term time only)
If you are an AUSA affiliated club and book for a hundred people (minimum) we will return to you 10% of the net beverage sales on the night.
$150 room confirmation/bond, payable on booking, refunded on the night of your event. Not refundable if cancelled with-in 5 working days oof your event or as the "venue hirer" the sole responsibility for any damage during the event and the related costs -remain payable by you.
Availability of bars may very pending regular trade and term times.
Substantial Food is a requirement for all styles of functions. Food "must be served" and is an integral part of your event. We have Catering Options available or facilities for your own (heating only).

Fish Coujons, Mango Chicken Bites, Cocktail Spring Rolls, Cocktail Samosa's, mini Meatball, Won Tons, Squid Rings, Mini Falafels
Set Price: Costed at $ 3.00 each with a minimum selection of 3 items = $7.50 per head)
Set Price: Deal platters on a bed of fries with two selections - $15
-Pizza $13.00 each (six slice), six or more $10.00 each! (Cheese-lovers, Hawaiian, Vegetarian, Apricot Chicken or Meat Lovers...)
